Pre-assembly of doors and façades:
JAZO has set up one separate assembly hall for composing and pre-mounting casings, doors and design louvers. This guarantees that the dimensions of a complete prefab element correspond exactly with the specifications on the drawing. Complete façades are assembled beforehand and packaged with the appropriate mounting materials, so that installation on site is done in the shortest possible time without any problems.





Assembly of machines and other semi-finished products:
Not only doors and façades are assembled at JAZO. We also regularly assemble prototypes, small and medium series of machines to semi-finished products or final products. JAZO makes everything under the one roof, so damage to product, equipment or coating during transportation, is prevented. Another positive factor is the avoidance of unnecessary internal and external transport. As a co-maker JAZO regularly takes care of the purchase of components and mounting materials.
