The introduction of High End 3D-solids CAD software with the corresponding CAM link to the CNC machines (5-axis milling, punching, edging) has computerized JAZO’s production machinery to a great extent. There are ten draughtsmen/project coordinators trained to Institute of Technology level ready to solve your problem.

With 3D CAD we can design products in a virtual shape and proceed immediately to optimizing them. Technical possibilities (and impossibilities) and feasibility are already assessed in the design/draft phase. Once it has been approved, the 3D CAD file is used for making the NC programs that drive the CNC milling machines. It’s how JAZO brings a new dimension to thinking along with the customer.
