JAZO’s skill in the area of sheet-metal work is recognized by mechanical engineers. Designing and/or producing machine housings in medium series has become a speciality of JAZO’s. JAZO can take care entirely of the complete design of a housing, if necessary with integrated air conditioning and HEPA filters. We have ten CAD workstations at our disposal for this work: Pro Engineer (10) in the version WildFire 2.0.


 

JAZO builds machine housings delivered with frame (including MF twin 300 TC) for the German machine factory Gildemeister. High quality demands are made of this kind of product. It is essential that the sheet-metal parts fit together perfectly, to keep coolant inside the machine.


 

On the basis of sketches supplied, JAZO can make a 3D design or a ‘talking picture’ for a presentation. These files can be used subsequently as a starting point for the production drawings to be made. This method ensures that the final product is made according to the agreed-upon specifications. JAZO is ISO 9001 certified and has its own engineering, construction, enamelling and installation departments.
