Sheet metal working
JAZO has the very latest in technology when it comes to sheet-metal processing machines. Punch/laser functionality combined with numerically controlled press brakes makes it possible to make small or large product series within extremely precise dimensional tolerances. Precision edging and composing of semi-finished products is a specialization that has arisen from the stringent quality requirements made of our own JAZO products. In the meantime, the execution of special and high quality setting work for third parties has made its place in the organization. Machine housings and special switchboard cabinets are examples of this. JAZO uses supplied 3D CAD models to run its CNC machines. This gives customers the certainty that the semi-finished product fulfils the specified dimensions.
