Various types of solar panel frames
JAZO supplies the following types of frames:
• Compro-flat: an ideal solution for installing solar panels on a flat roof. After installation on the roof the construction is ballasted by concrete tiles, making it unnecessary to drill in the roof and therefore ruling out the chance of leaking. The open mounting construction means the solar panel can dispose of its heat, enabling optimum efficiency. The Compro-flat is suitable as an autonomous or network-linked system.
• Stand-alone: an ideal solution for areas with inadequate or no energy infrastructure, produced as an autonomous system. It consists of a single construction with a variable tilt angle and is suitable for several solar panels (6 to 12 pieces). The stand-alone construction has been tested for wind strengths up to 150 km/h.
• Compro-swing: an ideal solution for outer areas of municipalities or areas with inadequate or no energy infrastructure, produced as an autonomous system. The construction resembles a flagpole with integrated climbing protection. The construction can be built manually and is vandal-proof.
• Slanting roof construction system: a specially designed system for attaching solar panels to all types of tiled roofs. This system is suitable for all weather conditions and is extremely durable. The type of roof determines which materials are used to attach the system to the roof. In this case the system is mounted on the roofing tiles.
• Post support: an ideal solution for all kinds of applications in the outer areas of municipalities or areas with inadequate or no energy infrastructure, produced as an autonomous system. The construction consists of a post, a mounting frame, an integrated battery house and clamping brackets. The tilt angle can be varied by shifting the clamping brackets. It also has climbing protection and it is vandal-proof.
• Container set-up: an ideal solution for areas with inadequate or no energy infrastructure, produced as an autonomous system. In this system the solar panel construction is set at a particular gradient (depending on the place) with eaves (for shadow effect), placed on top of a sea container. The thermally insulated and ventilated container (also supplied by JAZO) contains the batteries and switching equipment.
• Acoustic barriers with solar panels: the design of sound barriers/walls with integrated solar panels for railways/roads combines different requirements: sound absorption or reflection, functional integration, matching the environment and using solar energy. It serves a communal aim, local generation of power and the reduction of excessive noise levels.
JAZO supplies all the mounting materials necessary for installing solar panels, including mounting instructions.
